All templates, databases, Notion workspaces, and PDF guides ("Products") sold on OpsVault are the intellectual property of OpsVault. Upon purchase, you are granted a single-seat, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for your own personal or internal business operations.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms and processing agreements. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated.
OpsVault provides operational frameworks and templates. We do not provide legal, financial, or certified medical advice. Users operating in highly regulated industries are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of our tracking systems complies with all local, state, and federal laws. OpsVault is not liable for business losses, audit failures, or legal actions resulting from the use of our templates.
When you download a free lead magnet or purchase a product, we collect essential information including your Name and Email Address. During checkout, our Merchant of Record, Paddle, securely collects your billing details. OpsVault does not store or process full credit card numbers on our servers.
We use your email address to instantly deliver your digital products, send system updates, and provide operational newsletters related to your industry. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails.

Our Commitment to You: We stand behind the quality of our operational engines. We want you to be completely satisfied with your OpsVault architecture. Because our orders are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, all purchases are covered under Paddle’s standard consumer protection and refund guidelines.
If you purchase an OpsVault product and find that it does not meet your operational needs, you are eligible to request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. We do not require complex proof of implementation or make you jump through hoops to qualify.
To initiate a refund request, simply email support@opsvault.online with your Order Number, or contact Paddle's buyer support directly. We will work with Paddle to quickly process your approved refund back to your original payment method.
Once your refund is initiated through Paddle, please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
